[0001] Device for securing a rigid grid panel to a grooved post, said device comprising a securing element comprising a locking stop in translation along the longitudinal axis of the groove 1. Field of the invention The field of the invention invention is that of the design and manufacture of fastening devices of rigid wire mesh panels to grooved poles. 2. Prior Art As shown in Figure 1, the fence of a property can for example be achieved by means of rigid mesh panels 10 juxtaposed and secured to two of their opposite vertical ends to posts 11 themselves fixed vertically to a support such as soil 12. These rigid mesh panels 11 are generally composed of son or vertical tubes 50 and son or horizontal tubes 51 (Figure 6). As can be seen in FIG. 2, these posts 11 are hollow and have a longitudinal groove 111 which opens into the hollow interior space 112 of the post 11. The joining of a rigid grid panel 10 to a post 11 is carried out by means of a fixing device such as that illustrated in Figure 3. Such a fixing device comprises a fixing lug 20 comprising a plate 21 provided to abut against the outer side of the grooved face of the post. This plate is extended at each of its ends by a wing 22 which extends substantially perpendicularly to the plate in the direction of the outside of the pole. Each of these wings 22 is extended by a holding finger 23 which extends substantially vertically to form a housing 24 provided to accommodate at least one wire or a horizontal tube 51 of a mesh panel. Such a fixing device also comprises a flange 25 intended to be placed inside the post against the inner edges 113 of the post constituting the bottom of the groove 111. The width of this flange 25 is of course greater than that of the groove 111. The holding in position of the fixing lug 20 on the post 11 is obtained by enclosing the post 11 between the plate 21 and the flange 25 by means of a bolt passing through holes 210, 250 provided for this purpose to through the plate 21 and the flange 25. At least four fasteners are required to secure a rigid two-post grid panel, namely one on each side of the toasting panel at the top and one on each side. rigid grid panel at the bottom. To set up a rigid screen panel, an operator must firstly secure a first post 11 vertically for example in the ground 12. It must then pinch a fixing device in the upper region of the post 11 in such a way that the fingers 23 are oriented upwards. The operator sets up the rigid screen panel by inserting one of the horizontal wires or tubes of its upper part in one of the housing 24 of the upper bracket 20.
[0002] The operator then proceeds to the fastening to the post 11 of a lower fastening tab 20, taking care to orient the fingers 23 downwards and by inserting into one of the housings 24 another horizontal wire or tube of the lower part of the roasting panel. The operator then proceeds to blocking by pinching the lower fastening tab 20.
[0003] The panel 10 is then held only at one of its vertical ends by the first pole. The operator then proceeds to secure a second post 11 to the ground so as to attach the other vertical end of the panel 10. It then secures by clamping a fixing device in the upper region of the second post 11 so such that the fingers 23 are oriented upwards to support the panel. He must at this time take steps to ensure that the two brackets 20 are aligned so that the upper edge of the panel secured to the posts is horizontal.
[0004] The operator then proceeds to the securing to the second post 11 of a lower fastening tab 20, taking care to orient the fingers 23 downwards and by inserting in one of the housings 24 another horizontal thread or tube of the lower part. roasting panel. The operator then proceeds to blocking by pinching the lower fixing lug 20. The presence of the fingers 23 and the housings 24 on either side of the fixing lugs 20 makes it possible to secure two grilling panels consecutively to one and the same post. To set up the next panel, the operator secures it to the second pole by means of the upper and lower fastening tabs attached thereto. It then secures a third pole to which it attaches the other vertical end of the third panel by means of an upper bracket and a lower bracket. By doing so iteratively, an operator can compose a fence comprising a plurality of rigid screen panels placed one after the other in a horizontally aligned manner. This laying principle is called "pose to progress". This technique makes it possible to effectively secure rigid wire mesh panels to grooved poles. It can still be improved. Indeed, the establishment of the upper fastening tabs so that the consecutive panels are properly aligned is long and tedious in that it requires the operator to take measurements. This, of course, affects the cost of completing the fence. In addition, the bolts used to proceed to the blocking in position of the clamping brackets may tend to loosen over time which reveals unsightly misalignment between the panels. Finally, the misalignment of the panels can have consequences other than logistics or aesthetics. It can have technical consequences. This is particularly the case when the fence is equipped with an intrusion attempt detection system for example which implements sensors and wiring networks between the different panels which assumes, to function properly, that the panels are suitably aligned. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is in particular to provide an effective solution to at least some of these various problems. In particular, according to at least one embodiment, an object of the invention is to provide a technique which makes it possible to facilitate the joining of a rigid grid panel to a post.

The locking portion 405 is configured to bear against the inner edges 113 of the post 11 which constitute the bottom of the groove 111. The width of the flange 403 is smaller than the width of the groove 111 so that it can be there. inserted. The width of the locking portion 405 is greater than the width of the groove 111 so that it can be held prisoner there. In its lower region, the plate 401 is extended, on each side, by a lateral extension 406 which extends substantially perpendicular to it forwards. These lateral extensions 406 are each extended by a locking pin 407 which extends downwards substantially parallel to the plate 401 and at a distance therefrom. The fingers 407 form, with the plate 401 and the lateral extensions 406, rear spaces or housings 408 capable of receiving respectively a horizontal wire or tube of a rigid wire mesh panel. The fingers 407 form with the lateral extensions 406 spaces or housings before 409 likely to receive respectively a wire or horizontal tube of a rigid grid panel. The plate is traversed by a hole 410 extended by a welded nut on the anterior face whose axis is substantially perpendicular thereto. In a variant, the hole 410 may be a tapped hole. The wing 403 and the blocking portion 405 partially constitute the third holding means provided to cooperate with the groove 111 to hold the second securing element 40 secured to the post 11. The plate 401, the lateral extensions 406 and the fingers 407 constitute in part the fourth holding means for holding the rigid grid panel integral with the second fastening element 40. 6.3. Assembly The production of a fence by assembling rigid grid panels 10 to columns 11 by means of a fastening device according to the invention will now be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 9. The grid panels 10 comprise generally parallel and spaced vertical wires or tubes 50, and horizontal and generally parallel wires and tubes 51 spaced apart. Horizontal son or tubes are placed in pairs on either side of vertical son or tubes. The vertical wires or tubes 50 are thus interposed between horizontal wires or tubes 51. In a variant, the horizontal tubes or wires will not be placed in pairs on either side of the vertical wires or tubes, so that the wires or tubes vertical tubes 50 will not be interposed between horizontal son or tubes 51. The first post 11 is first secured substantially vertically to a support surface, for example the ground 12. An upper fastening element 30 is secured to the upper end of the first post 11. For this, it is slid inside the corresponding groove 111 by inserting therein the connecting portion 306 until the flange 303 comes to bear against the upper edges 114 of the 111. The plate 301 is then applied against the outer surface of the grooved face of the post 11. The upper blocking portions 305 and lower 307 are also supported. against the edges 113 of the post constituting the bottom of the groove 111.
[0014] The wing 303 thus constitutes an element forming a stop against the longitudinal axis of the groove to lock in translation of the securing element 30 along the groove 11, in particular downwards. The blocking portions 305, 307 constitute stops, particularly towards the front, along an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the groove extending in the median plane thereof. The median plane of the groove 111 is the plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the groove 111 and parallel to the lateral faces of the groove 111. A grilling panel may then be deposited on the upper fastening element 30. For this purpose, the mesh panel is slid so that two upper horizontal wires or tubes 51 opposite one another are respectively in the housings 310, 311 of the upper element 30, and the vertical end wires are located between the lateral extensions 308 of the securing element 30.
[0015] The toasting panel is then supported on the upper surface of a lateral extension of the upper fastening element 30, that is to say against the bottom of the housings 310, 311, which constitute holding abutments, particularly downward along the longitudinal axis of the groove. The fingers 309 constitute holding stops along an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the groove extending in the median plane thereof. A lower fastening element 40 is then secured to the first post 11, in the lower region thereof. This is obtained by inserting the blocking portion 405 in the groove 111 by previously pivoting the fastening element by 90 °, then again pivoting the fastening element by 90 ° in the opposite direction to imprison the blocking portion 405 to the inside of the post 11. The plate 401 is then applied against the outer surface of the grooved face of the post, and the locking portion 405 bears against the bottom of the groove 111. The lower fastening element 40 is then slid inside the groove 111 downward until the fingers 407 are between two horizontal wires or tubes 51 facing each other and the lower surface of the lateral extensions 406 rests on these wires or tubes. The vertical wire or tube located in the upper part between the lateral extensions 308 of the upper fastening element 30 is also located in the lower part between the lateral extensions 406 of the lower fastening element 40.
[0016] The toasting panel is then supported on the lower surface of the corresponding lateral extension 406, that is to say against the upper surface of the housings 408, 409, which constitute holding abutments, in particular upwards, along the longitudinal axis of the groove. The fingers 407 constitute holding stops along an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the groove extending in the median plane thereof. The locking portion 405 constitutes a stop, particularly forwards, along an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the groove 111 extending in the median plane thereof. In this configuration, the panel and held at one of its ends only by the first pole. Each upper and lower securing element can support two consecutive mesh panels. To ensure the establishment of a second panel in the extension of that which has just been laid, it is secured to the upper and lower securing elements secured to the second pole. The second panel is then maintained only at one of its ends by this second pole. A third pole is secured to the ground. An upper fastening element is secured to the upper end of this pole. The other vertical end of the second panel is made to cooperate with this upper securing element. A lower securing element is then secured in the lower part of the third pole so that it cooperates properly with the second panel. The final blocking of the panels is ensured by pinching. For this purpose, a protective and locking cap 60 is attached to each post 11 to conceal the securing elements 30, 40. This cover has a substantially U-shaped section. Its front face 600 is traversed by lights 601. Its lateral faces 602 are traversed by passages 603 for the horizontal son 51. The cover 60 is secured by means of screws 61 which pass through the slots 600 and are engaged in the threaded holes 312 and 410 of the securing elements 30, 40. The tightening of these screws 61 have the effect of pressing the blocking portions 305, 307, 405 against the bottom of the groove 111 and thus ensuring the final locking in position of the panel 10 by pinching. The cover thus constitutes a locking flange. Several mesh panels can thus be secured, "in progress", following each other. The covers are of course put in place after two consecutive panels have been possibly secured to the post.
